Refund policy

Refunds and returns for digital products

Everything we sell is a digital download (PDF ebooks and worksheets), delivered instantly after payment.

Faulty or wrong file: if a file won't open, is incomplete or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of purchase. We will send a working file or refund you in full.

Didn't receive your download: check your spam folder for the email from Opero, then contact us. We'll resend it the same working day.

Change of mind: digital files can't be returned once downloaded, so we don't normally refund a change of mind after the file has been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded the file yet, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
